This Privacy Policy explains how I, Jasmin Paul (“I,” “me,” or “my”), collect, use, store, and safeguard the personal information you provide when you visit jasminpaul.design (the “Site”) or interact with my services. By accessing the Site, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

When you browse the portfolio, fill in a contact form, schedule a call, or download resources, you may voluntarily share information such as your name, email address, company, project details, and any files you upload. I also gather certain technical data automatically—your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited—through cookies and similar technologies. These cookies help the Site remember your preferences, measure performance, and detect unusual activity; you can disable them in your browser, but parts of the Site may not function optimally.

I use the information you provide to reply to inquiries, prepare proposals, schedule meetings, and deliver design services you request. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone in that age group. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact me immediately so I can promptly remove it.
